How to choose a flat iron (thick/thin hair, what is best):

Straightening your hair after blow drying is a great way to tame frizz and create a long, sleek hairstyle.

We host two types of straighteners in our hair tools collections: titanium and tourmaline infused with ceramic. Titanium flat irons are wonderful for thick/coarse hair. If you have delicate or thinner hair, we recommend using our tourmaline infused with ceramic straighteners.

Both titanium and tourmaline/ceramic straightener temperatures can be adjusted easily. If you have thinner hair and want to use the titanium straightener, simply turn the heat down to a lower setting. If you have thicker hair and want to use the tourmaline straighteners, adjust the heat to the higher setting.
