What is your return policy for NYC hair extensions?

For US orders in New York City, we accept same-day hair extension returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Extensions and their packaging must be in original condition. Read full policy here.

How long will it take for my NYC order to arrive?

All packages within the US are delivered to NYC within 1 to 6 business days. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing time, excluding weekends and public holidays (Can be extended up to 5 business days during sale periods).
