For US orders in the US, we accept same-day hair extension returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Extensions and their packaging must be in original condition. Items purchased during seasonal sales can only be exchanged or returned for store credit. Opened items may incur a restocking fee. Read full policy here.

All packages within the US are delivered within 1 to 6 business days. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing time, excluding weekends and public holidays (Can be extended up to 5 business days during sale periods).
