Yes, our extensions are heat-friendly and can be styled with curling irons, straighteners, and other hot tools. To keep them in top condition, always use heat protectant sprays.

For US orders in the US, we accept same-day hair extension returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Extensions and their packaging must be in original condition. Items purchased during seasonal sales can only be exchanged or returned for store credit. Opened items may incur a restocking fee. Read full policy here.

All packages within the US are delivered within 1 to 6 business days. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing time, excluding weekends and public holidays (Can be extended up to 5 business days during sale periods). At Bombay Hair, we try our best to make sure all products are fully stocked, but given the high demand and popularity of Bombay Hair products some items may be temporarily placed on backorder but, not to worry!

When a product goes out of stock we place it on backorder - You can still purchase a backorder item and once it is restocked you are first in line to receive it.

In other words, if you purchase (or have purchased) an item on backorder and you have received an order confirmation with an order number, this means your credit card has been successfully charged.
