For US orders, we allow same-day returns or exchanges of hair extensions within 30 days from the delivery date. All extensions, along with their original packaging, must be in pristine condition. Miami clients will receive all US packages within 1 to 6 business days. Kindly allow 1 to 2 business days for processing, excluding weekends and public holidays, and note that during sale periods, processing may extend up to 5 business days. When a product is temporarily out of stock, it is placed on backorder. You can still make your purchase, and when the item is restocked, you will be among the first to receive it without any extra effort.
In other words, if you order a backorder product and have received an order confirmation with a number, it confirms that your payment has been successfully processed.
