For all US orders, customers can return or exchange hair extensions on the same day of receipt, provided it is within 30 days of delivery. Extensions and packaging must remain in original condition. Los Angeles clients can expect all packages within the US to be delivered within 1 to 6 business days. Allow 1 to 2 business days for processing, not counting weekends and public holidays.
