• Wefts & Fusion – 3-6 months with proper maintenance.

To maintain the natural texture of your hair extensions, follow these proper care instructions:

• Use sulfate-free shampoo & conditioner for tangle-free hair.
• Minimize heat styling & always use a heat protectant.
• Brush gently in the same direction as the hair strands with a detangling brush.
• Store clip-ins safely when not in use.

For US orders, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Extensions and their packaging must be in original condition. Items purchased during seasonal sales can only be exchanged or returned for store credit. Opened items may incur a restocking fee. Read full policy here.

All packages within the US are delivered within 1 to 6 business days. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing time, excluding weekends and public holidays (Can be extended up to 5 business days during sale periods). At Bombay Hair, we try our best to make sure all products are fully stocked, but given the high demand and popularity of Bombay Hair products some items may be temporarily placed on backorder but, not to worry!

When a product goes out of stock we place it on backorder - You can still purchase a backorder item and once it is restocked you are first in line to receive it.

In other words, if you purchase (or have purchased) an item on backorder and you have received an order confirmation with an order number, this means your credit card has been successfully charged.
