What is your return policy for hair extensions?

If your extensions didn’t quite suit your birthday look, don’t worry. We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order (U.S. customers only). Products must be unused and returned in original packaging. Items from special birthday promotions or seasonal offers can be returned for store credit or exchanged. How long will it take for my US order to arrive?

During peak times or sale periods, this might take a bit longer—up to 5 business days. When this happens, those items are marked as backordered. The good news? You can still go ahead and purchase them. Once they’re restocked, you’ll be first in line to receive yours—perfect for staying ahead on your birthday look!

So if you’ve placed an order for a backordered product and received a confirmation with your order number, that means your payment has gone through successfully.
